QMS stands for Qatar Media Services, and is so far from being Queensland based. QMS is NOT a Queensland Based company. No one apart from Clive Palmer has the percieve cash to be overpaying for crap billboard locations.
The only Queensland based OOH company is GOA.
And they are great.

Also being pedantic – APN is selling ARM (regional media division) not ARN (radio division) to News. One letter here makes a big difference.
