Media Writer Sally Jackson to leave The Australian

Respected media writer Sally Jackson is to depart The Australian after more than 12 years on the media section.

Jackson is best-known in the industry for her coverage of the magazine and newspaper sector, but announced this morning she is taking voluntary redundancy, tweeting: “So I have news: I’m leaving the @australian! Finish next week. Have absolutely loved my time in newspapers. But excited for the next thing.”
