MercerBell opens shop in Melbourne

Customer experience agency MercerBell has launched a Melbourne office to service its long standing client, Toyota.

Nick Mercer, CEO of MercerBell, will be relocating to Melbourne to assist in launching the office and transition the team which follows Toyota Australia’s head office move to the city.
