Neil Breen, editor of The Sunday Telegraph, Australia’s biggest selling newspaper, talks about:

- Taking a tough phone call from Kevin Rudd;
- How he won a Walkley for uncovering a sporting scandal;
- What he’d do with Fairfax’s Sun-Herald;
- His “fleeting” thoughts of resigning over the fake Pauline Hanson photos and how it made him “less gung-ho”;
- Why he thinks his British counterpart at the News Of The World would have known about the celebrity phone hacking scandal;

Now wouldn’t be nice if all the adverisers who paid their thousands of dollars to advertise in the paper also knew that the election night Sunday Tele had a circulation of 723,000 instead of some average figure.
Given that this clown oversees one of the worst newspapers on the market, anything he has to say is in my eyes, devoid of credibility and integrity. Look at the ‘journalists’ he employs – Ros Reines (why they still run with her head shot each week is beyond my comprehension. That (edited under Mumbrella’s comment moderation policy); Jonathon Moran (a dude calling himself ‘J.Mo’ should never make it past the first interview stage, unless he is a legally certified retard and this is part of a sheltered workshop program); Rebecca Wilson (loves to play the moral cards when sportspeople cheat – ie: Tiger, edited under Mumbrella’s comment moderation policy). Really credible team you have there champ….

I love how this bloke keeps saying “I did this” and “I did that”, as if the whole redesign was just all him, rather than a huge team of designers, artists, and probably thousands of focus groups!
