Mumbrella Awards shortlist announced, CHE Proximity and Thinkerbell net 10 nominations each
The shortlist for the 2020 Mumbrella Awards has been announced after a record number of entries was received across the 30 categories.

For the safety of the industry, this year’s presentation will be carried out live online on October 8 and will be free to view
CHE Proximity and Thinkerbell came away with the most shortlisted entries, at 10 each. CHE Proximity gained nods in categories including Media Agency of the Year, Full Service Agency of the Year, Pro Bono Campaign of the Year and the Mumbrella Award for Insight, among others. Thinkerbell was shortlisted in categories including Industry Leader of the Year (Margie Reid), Creative Agency of the Year and the Mumbrella Award for Culture.

2. How were people nominated for Industry Leader of the Year?

1. According to the criteria, which you can read in full here, the definition is “Independent agencies must be 51% or more owned by the local (Australian or New Zealand) management and all types of agencies are eligible to enter.”
2. Like all our awards, entry is by the business or the individual and will be judged by independent judges in accordance with the criteria.
