Tim, that Mexican Mariachi band is a strike of genius, a real smile-widener!
OMG THE BAND IS AWESOME!
congrats to Ben – a great blog worth following.
go Adshel! worthy winner and competitive player in the outdoor mkt
i can’t stop laughing from the mariachi band!!
Did he really just say titter?
i was gunning for Daily Addict 🙁
U should have best digital agency as well
could Best Job possibly win anymore awards???
the Lambstock ad shouldn’t have been on the shortlist…..
well done to OMD, it couldn’t have gone to any other media agency. i’m a big fan of Ikon though
are you certain adshel is the readers vote…crikey. There are lot of better brands out there
i thought ikon should have received it. OMD are all talk in the press…
James Boag’s was a standout winner for me. Mojo’s gonna go from strength to strength now with Craig onboard
Wonder if Tim will be invited back to host next year?
i don’t think i’ve ever seen an awards show quite like this….. who would have thought a mariachi band…. genious!
Congratulations Liquid Ideas, such deserving winners.
After attending the awards I am booking the mariachi band for our next event. Congrats to all winners.
Loved the Turkey, He’s a legend, get him booked in!
How come you didn’t publish the Agency names behind the Turkey nom’s?
mariachi band were great. tim burrowes is hypnotising in real life. literally!
Pretty harsh picking on a shitty retail ad. I’d be more ashamed of being in it’s company if I worked on VB, Hungry Jacks, Kellogs, Nurofen, Telstra or Nescafe.
It’s great you do these readers choice awards; however, links to the blogs/campaigns/agencies would have been handy (and I’m sure the nominees would appreciate it too). I’m keen to check out the crème de la crème of Australian SMM, so I guess I’ve got a date with google this afternoon.
Congrats to all the winners & those nominated!
Tim – How many people voted in total?
Tim – You have turned awkward yet endearing into a fine art. Well done mate! Love your stuff. I don’t need to say how awesome your band choice was. Really well done.
This looks like it would be the most boring, horrible award show ever.
