Mumbrella to run community managers masterclass in Melbourne
Mumbrella is to run a Melbourne masterclass for people working in the relatively new role of online community manager.
It takes place on the afternoon of Tuesday September 6.
The program has been developed by Kim McKay of Klick Communications. A similar program run by Mumbrella in Sydney earlier this month was a sellout.
The speakers include Grace Gordon, social media manager of digital agency Rodeo, which is part of Aegis Media. Gordon will be examining the main social media platforms such as Facebook, Google+ and Twitter available to brands and organisations looking to build a community. Her session will break down the primary benefits and features of each platform, and offer tips around building and managing a community.
This was great in Sydney. Definitely recommend.
My boy, Tim Evans. Will be awesome.
Wow, is that all? sooo “cheap community-minded” Mumbwella.
And for today’s community manager case study, how to deal with hostile comments from the likes of suckisucki. Discuss…
Cheers,
Tim Burrowes – Mumbrella
