Network 10 linear channels coming to LG smart TVs
Paramount Australia's linear channels will be integrated into LG Channels
Network 10’s streaming channels will be added to LG’s range of smart TVs this month, marking the first time that a local free-to-air network’s linear feed will be integrated into LG’s own programming.
From later this month, LG smart televisions will receive live content from 10, 10 Drama, 10 Comedy, and Nickelodeon via IP (internet protocol), bypassing the need for an aerial.
The stations will be available through the manufacturer’s FAST channel offering, LG Channels, allowing users to surf between 10’s stations and the 130 other streaming channels available on the platform, without needing to go into 10’s dedicated app. Users will be required to have a free account on 10.com.au.
