Sydney digital agency New Republique has parted ways with executive creative director Becky McOwen-Banks after just eight months, making the role redundant as the agency restructures.

McOwen-Banks was appointed as the agency’s first ECD following a global search, however New Republique CEO Nima Yassini said she hasn’t been the “right fit” for the agency.
