Nielsen poaches Tiktok executive for APAC regional sales leader role

Nielsen has appointed Matty Lin as its APAC regional sales leader.

Lin comes from Tiktok, where he spent eight years, most recently as general manager of global business for Southeast Asia and South Korea. At Nielsen, he will be responsible for the company’s commercial organisation in Asia and the Pacific region. Lin will be based in Singapore, and report to chief revenue officer, Amilcar Perez.

“Nielsen sits at a truly special intersection of content, commerce, and audience behaviour,” Lin said in a press release announcing his role.
