Nine beats Seven to yet another weekly TV ratings win
Nine’s Married at First Sight has yet again dominated the weekly TV ratings, with its Sunday commitment ceremony episode drawing a series high of 1.686m metro viewers. The popular reality show scored the top four slots for the most-watched shows of the week, according to OzTam data.
The huge ratings success meant Nine pulled ahead of Seven in the weekly audience share, taking 23.5% of the audience for its main channel, compared to Seven’s 20.9%. On a network level, Nine drew 32.0% of the audience, vs Seven’s 30.6%.
