Nine CEO announces ‘important changes’ to Melbourne leadership team

The leadership of Nine’s Melbourne team has been given a shake-up.

In a note sent to staff earlier this month, seen by Mumbrella, the media giant’s acting CEO, Matt Stanton, announced some “important changes”.

Stanton confirmed that Nine Melbourne’s managing director, Matt James, will move into a senior strategy role across the wide Nine Group, in which he will work in its transformation team.

James previously worked as managing director of Mi9 and group director of the company’s Powered marketing services team.
