Nine grabs higher share as audience improves for The Block Triple Threat
Seven’s US drama series How to Get Away with Murder fell away again after rallying over the past two weeks, slumping to 576,000, down from 644,000.
Despite the slump in ratings Seven won the night with a share of 24.4 per cent, according to OzTam overnight ratings.
The absence of I’m a Celebrity saw Ten’s share dip two percentage points from last Tuesday, with an improved performance from The Block Triple Threat seeing Nine grab a higher share.
Ten took 13 per cent of audience share, down from 15 per cent, with Nine grabbing 20.1 per cent, up from 18.9 per cent.
Why does Mumbrella lead with a pic/story about How to Get Away with Murder with every Tuesday ratings wrap?
It’s a show which achieves less than a third of its lead in – it is in no way destined to be a success… when the lead in goes… so will this show likely. It’s content is just so far from Seven’s meat and potato audience.
Hi Ditto,
We choose a variety of shows in the ratings and there is always an element of subjectivity.
HTGAWM has been one of the more noteworthy movements of late.

Thanks Nic, no offence intended. Just an observation that out of the six weeks HTGAWM has been on air.. you’ve led with its story/pic on 5 occasions…
Seems like the ratings wrapper might have a favourite show here…Since it bounces around 5-600,000 since week 3, it’s not much of story.
Last night MKR shed 200,000 – The Block increased 120,000 in the absence of Celebrity, TEN managed to hold Network share despite no Celeb, and the ABC gained the most out of any Network…
