Nine Publishing journalist Anthony Galloway poached by news start-up Scire

Acclaimed newspaper journalist Anthony Galloway is the latest big name in Nine’s stable to be poached by media start-up Scire.

It’s understood the political correspondent for The Sun-Herald and the Sunday Age handed in his resignation this week and will now serve out a lengthy notice period for the next three months.

After that, Galloway joins to-be-launched Scire – billing itself as “the trusted source of intelligence for the people building the new Australian economy” – as its national political correspondent.
