Nine revives game show Weakest Link with Magda Szubanski as host

Nine is reviving the game show Weakest Link, which last ran for a year on Seven between 2001 and 2002.

Nineteen years later, Nine will make a number of changes to its local interpretation of the global format, including installing a new host, comedian and actor Magda Szubanski, and introducing a number of other twists.

The program, which has been produced in 46 countries, features eight strangers become a team and work together, with the aim of pocketing the maximum amount of prize money in each round.
