No recommission for Three Drunk Monkeys’ 30 Seconds

Adland comedy 30 Seconds will not get a second series, Mumbrella can reveal.

Foxtel’s director of TV Brian Walsh told Mumbrella that although he was a fan of the show – written by Three Drunk Monkeys’ ECDs Scott Nowell and Justin Drape, and Tim Bullock from Prodigy Films – it had failed to resonate with the audience.

The six-part comedy, set at a fictional Sydney-based ad agency BND Worldwide, launched last year on The Comedy Channel. It was produced by Zapruder’s Other Films, the compnay behind the Gruen Transfer.
