Noisy Collective appoints Natalia Muller as managing director, Sydney
The Noisy Collective has named Natalia Muller as managing director in Sydney, marking the first major hire for the newly merged agency group.

The announcement:
The Noisy Collective, the agency group formed through the merger of Noisy Beast and iD Collective in late 2024, has appointed Natalia Muller as managing director, Sydney, effective immediately. Having recently combined both agencies into a central Sydney CBD location at Carrington St, the appointment marks the first significant hire for the combined entity in Sydney and reaffirms its commitment to the Sydney market.
Muller brings a wealth of experience in business strategy and development, team leadership, operations and client relations. Her background working with prestige brands across fashion, beauty, retail and lifestyle brings a discerning approach to brand guardianship and storytelling that bolsters the team’s executive lineup of highly regarded specialists and strengthens the agency’s national offering.
Prior to joining the newly formed group, Muller held a senior role at MCMPR where she developed expertise in delivering strategic growth and operational excellence for premium brands.
As one of Australia’s largest independent agencies, the combined Noisy Beast x iD Collective offering operates a symbiotic model that brings together highly specialised disciplines – creative, media, digital, social, events and communications – under one roof. This through-the-line approach delivers superior outcomes, efficiencies and ROI through a single client touchpoint, differentiating the group in an increasingly fragmented agency landscape.
The appointment follows recent wins for the business including popular Australian burger chain Grill’d, confectionery brand Kinder and iconic sporting body the AFL. It also reinforces Noisy Collective’s commitment to Sydney as a key market, with the group establishing a new office and showroom in Sydney’s CBD. The Sydney office is a cornerstone of the groups’ global footprint with operations in London, New Zealand and Adelaide alongside its Sydney and Melbourne headquarters.
Natalia Muller, managing director, Sydney, Noisy Collective said: “The symbiotic offering is a best-in-class model for the future of brand-agency partnerships The ability to deliver seamless, strategic solutions across multiple disciplines with genuine efficiency, and maximum creativity, is rare in the market. I’m excited to lead our Sydney operations and build on the strong foundation that has been established by Dave and Amanda and the wider team.”
Amanda Booth, executive partner, Noisy Collective said: “Nat’s appointment reflects our ambition for Our Collective. Her strategic acumen and deep experience position her to lead Sydney into a new era of growth and opportunity. Not only does the appointment strengthen our presence in the local Sydney market it also marks an important step in shaping the leadership structure that supports the group’s future.”
David Brown, managing partner, Noisy Collective said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Nat to the team not just to help us drive our unique business model in the Sydney market but also to join the executive team to help us think differently about our approach. Nat is just what we’ve been looking for, supersmart, hugely grounded with a successful track record that speaks for itself and also incredibly well liked by everyone.”
