NRL showcases success of School to Work program as it positions sport as a ‘power for change’

The National Rugby League’s Indigenous education mentoring program, School to Work, is being promoted in a new campaign featuring Montana the veterinarian student and her mentor Shaun Humphries.

The three-minute video tells the story of Montana, a girl who grew up not speaking until she was 15 years old, telling her story of how the School to Work program helped her get into Sydney University to study a bachelor of veterinary biology and doctor of veterinary medicine.
