Online job platform OneShift hires marketing director

Online jobs platform OneShift has hired former Iris Worldwide Sydney managing director Simon Porter as its new marketing director as the brand looks to ramp up its marketing this year.

Porter parted ways with Iris in October after more than five years with the global agency, and will take charge of marketing for the company as it looks to implement an  “aggressive” new marketing plan with a “sizeable budget”. He was replaced by Penny Dixon.

Last year the company received a $5m strategic investment from the staffing and facility management company Programmed.
