Video platform Ooyala opens in Australia

Online video platform Ooyala will open an Australian branch led by former Adobe exec John Treloar.

The announcement:

Sydney, AUST September 02, 2010 – Ooyala is announcing its plan to expand its operations to Australia. The company has appointed John Treloar, former Adobe executive, as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Ooyala is well known for its comprehensive, business-ready video platform designed for media companies and web marketers. Ooyala’s platform includes sophisticated analytics which give publishers the insights and power to better target videos and advertising.
