Palau asks arriving tourists to sign environmental protection pledge in new campaign
The Pacific Island nation of Palau has redesigned its immigration policy and will ask every tourist entering the island to sign a promise on their passport to protect its fragile environment.
Created by Host/Havas, the ‘Palau Pledge’ was written with the help of Palauan children and the government and encourages visitors to be more considerate and cautious of their behaviour while travelling through the island.
Looks like it took the whole population of Palau to make this campaign.
OMG
Takes a lot of people working pro bono to pull of something this huge. Good point. Wish I had my name on the credits too.
I heard from very good sources it was a paid gig. Maybe charity rates, bit paid.
