Paralympics opening ceremony rates 347,000, Go Back grows audience on another quiet Thursday for TV
The opening ceremony for the Paralympics drew an audience of just 347,000 for ABC1 last night.
Airing for an hour from 6pm, the ceremony was beaten by The Project on Ten, which rated with 421,000, and Seven News, which won the night with 1.16m.
The Paralymics themselves, which ran on ABC2 from 7pm, rated with 215,000, according to preliminary reports from OzTam.

I remember when they pronounced that “Newspapers are dead” back in the 90’s. Oh how we laughed, “never”, we said, “we are far to important and valuable”
TV (as we know it) is dead!
