Perth radio ratings: Fairfax’s 96FM races to second place

Mix 94.5 pulled away from the pack in the latest round of radio ratings for Perth.

The Southern Cross Austereo station cemented its market lead, up from 15.4% to 16.7% share.

Mix 94.5 was up 1.9 percentage points at breakfast and an impressive 2.9 at drive time.

But the biggest winner was Fairfax’s 96FM, which raced from 9.7% to 12.5% share to claim second place in the market, faring particularly well in the drive time and the evening slots.
