Perth radio ratings: Nova, 96FM and 6PR see biggest jumps
DMG’s Nova 93.7 and Fairfax’s 96FM saw the biggest jumps in Monday to Friday radio share in Perth this survey with 2.3% and 2.6% respectively. Southern Cross Austereo’s Mix 94.5 maintains its lead with 15.5% despite a 2.4% drop.
Fairfax saw more success with talk station 6PR also jumping 2.6% to 11%, according to latest ratings from Nielsen.
ABC720 maintained its lead at breakfast with 15.5% while Mix held the FM audience with 14.4%.
Mix saw a drop in mornings from 19.6% to 15.9% while 96FM jumped from 8% to 12.6% in the same slot.
Well they may not play ‘ads’ as we know them but congratulations to ABC 720 for winning the breakfast slot.
The first of the Austereo stations to be beaten by Nova since the departure of Hamish and Andy. It won’t happen overnight…but it will happen!
