Playing for Keeps returns to Ten with 297,000 metro viewers
Ten’s AFL wives and girlfriends (WAGs) drama Playing for Keeps returned on Wednesday night to just 297,000 metro viewers for its second season. The show stars Madeleine West, Annie Maynard, Cece Peters, Olympia Valance, Isabella Giovinazzo, and Jeremy Lindsay Taylor, and follows the antics of a fictional AFL team – the Southern Jets – and its WAGs.
The first season of the show premiered on Ten in 2018 to 583,000 metro viewers, but it dropped to around 350,000 metro viewers in the middle of the season, before climbing slightly for the finale. When regional viewers were added in to Wednesday night’s episode, 398,000 viewers total watched the episode.

Playing for Keeps follows the lives of the wives and girlfriends of a fictional AFL team
Frayed was worth watching on the ABC. Funny in the same vein as Les Norton. Cringeworthy in the same vein as The Office (UK).
