Podcast Ranker: ARN and SCA battle for podcast supremacy heats up

Hamish and Andy was once again the most popular podcast in Australia last month, according to Triton Digital’s Australian Podcast Ranker.

The top three podcasts and the top three publishers were unchanged from last month.

SCA’s Hamish and Andy drew 2.1 million downloads for the month, and 946,377 unique listeners. Second-place Casefile, published through Audioboom (with sales by ARN), actually drew more downloads for the month, but sat almost 200,000 unique listeners below Hamish and Andy. Mamamia Out Loud placed third with almost 600,000 downloads.

The Imperfects, Ryan Shelton’s conversational podcast with a lean towards mental health, and The Kyle and Jackie O Show also performed well for ARN, at fourth and fifth, respectively.
