Premiership trophy to be on display at Manchester United marketer lunch
The English Premier League Trophy will be making a guest appearance at a lunch hosted by Mumbrella and the Association of Data-Driven Marketing in a fortnight’s time.
The ADMA lunch will hear from Jonathan Rigby, head of marketing at Manchester United about the marketing of one of the world’s biggest brands.
Manchester United are currently the Premiership champions, and guests at the lunch will be able to have their photograph taken with the trophy if they wish.
Rigby will talk about the strategy behind the brand and how the soccer club is growing its fan base and engagement with its community of followers through the use of new technologies. Rigby will share his insights into the club’s data and digital strategy and how it uses television, social media and live events to bring players closer to fans.
Will Liverpool’s European Cup also be on display? I mean the real one, not any of those replicas that the mancs have
All Manchester United fans should definitely attend, it’s the last time you’ll see them with the Premier League trophy for a long, long time.
