I have an iPhone and an iPad. I consider my self very savvy in a smart phone sense. I have never felt compelled, nor the need to scan a qr code?
Am I missing out?
Brilliant
Working in mobile marketing, we have been talking about QR codes for years and still no traction. They look like bird shit and ruin decent creative.
Well, I scanned a QR code stuck to the wall of a Gold Coast KFC drive through and it linked to the YouTube video of a local band I would never have otherwise discovered.

I was out jogging, with no phone. I saw a sticker on a lamp post, plugging a local band. I Googled there name on my notebook when I got home and watched their video on YouTube…
QR = Questionable Response…
“their name…”

There are QR codes on my brocollini at woolies…
I’m kinda tempted to scam it just because I want to know why the hell it’s on my brocollini!
Curiosity killed the cat – can’t help but scan them. Hate the dissapointment of lame content – but love it when they get it right. I now scan just about every code I see…. Lame, I know 🙁
