Radio Ratings: Brisbane – B105 and 97.3FM tie for top slot

Austereo’s B105 and ARN’s 97.3 FM are now neck-and-neck for the leadership of the Brisbane radio market.

According to the latest set of ratings published today by Nielsen, both stations have a Monday to Sunday share of 12.4%.

This follows a slight drop in B105’s share and an increase for 97.3FM.

In Monday to Friday weekday share, B105 is just ahead with 12.8% to 97.3FM’s 12.6%.

It was only a year ago that Nova has a strangle hold on Brisbane’s radios. Fewer and fewer people are tuning into 106.9.

Mind you that is true about the Nova brand across the continent.
