RBT snatches a win in Thursday entertainment; Ten’s Taskmaster airs to 314k
Nine’s RBT came out as the winner in Thursday night entertainment, while Ten’s local adaption of Taskmaster saw a slight improvement in metro viewership and topped one key advertising demo.
The Ten comedy show aired to 314,000 metro viewers now in its third week since launch. While it won the 18-49s, Seven News at 6:30 topped the 16-39s and Nine News at 6:30 attracted the most 25-54s.

RBT aired to 460,000 metro viewers last night, followed by Home and Away on Seven with a 456,000 metro audience. The latter network’s The Chase Australia brought in 453,000 metro viewers.
A late screening of Home and Away also managed to attract 402,000 metro viewers, followed by Paramedics on Nine with 382,000.
The #1 program on Thursday was Seven News with 819,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6:30 with 805,000, Nine News at 6:30 with 720,000 and Nine News with 691,000.
Nine network won the overall share again with 30.5%, followed by Seven with 27.7%, ABC with 18.7% and Ten with 15.4%.
The top-rated primary channel was Nine with a 21.4% share, but the top-rated multichannel was 7Two with a 3.3% share.
In the latest Daily Consolidated 7 Total TV Report for 9 February, Seven News at 6:30 was the #1 program nationally with 1.18 million Total TV viewers, including 36,000 on BVOD and an uplift of 3%.
The show with the biggest uplift was a late screening of Home and Away, with a 30% uplift and 849,000 Total TV audience, with 137,000 on BVOD.
