Rebel Wilson’s Pooch Perfect premieres to 624,000 metro viewers on Seven

Seven’s latest reality competition format, Pooch Perfect, has premiered to 624,000 metro viewers, according to OzTAM’s preliminary overnight figures. With the addition of regional viewers, its total climbed to 922,000.

The program won the 7:30pm timeslot, with ABC’s 7.30 coming in at 528,000 metro (778,000 national), Ten’s Ambulance Australia getting 411,000 (617,000), and Nine’s RBT 394,000 (578,000).

It was, however, beaten by Seven’s earlier offering of Home and Away, which had 635,000 metro viewers and 996,000 total.

Angus Ross, Seven’s network director of programming, said the network was happy with the launch.
