Samantha Lewis appointed as executive director at Nine Entertainment

Nine Entertainment Co. has appointed Samantha Lewis as an executive director as well as chair of the audit and risk committee.

The announcement:

20 March 2017: Nine Entertainment Co. (ASX:NEC) has today announced the appointment of Samantha (Sam) Lewis as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately. Sam will also chair the Audit & Risk Committee.
