Mumbrella also understands that M&C Saatchi and Bohemia are working together on the pitch, and that Clemenger Group is also pitching.
when you try to run MEL and SYD agencies with a weak second row. Short term cost savings and ‘control’ but it eventually back fires as is evidenced here.
If that sponsored campaign was made by their second row, then sign me up!
You think it’s great but obviously the client doesn’t.
Warning to all pitching agencies … if you are the successful agency, you will likely loose your valued team due to the manner in which this brand manages themselves and their agencies.
Sounds like a bit of a marketing team life raft to appease non local leadership
Ha. You were the weakest link.
Will Toby Barbour stand by his position where he “walked away from … contracts this year because we looked at the contract and there’s no way we could service that”? Or will they decrease margins even more on that business to keep his alma mater on the books?
I think you’ll find that Toby previously worked at Sony, not Samsung.
You are correct, thank you. Nothing worse than getting your facts wrong when being a smart arse.
Isn’t this a pitch for everything.. not just creative and media, but also shopper, PR, digital and social?
Interesting that Clemenger Group is pitching but don’t have a media offering? Must be Omnicom media right?
