Sarah Wilson’s I Quit Sugar to close its doors
Sarah Wilson, former Cosmopolitan editor and Fairfax journalist, has shut her diet and lifestyle publishing business, I Quit Sugar.
Wilson informed staff this week the almost five-year-old operation would close after failing to find a buyer that accorded with her business values.

Good.
Congrats on all u achieved sarah. Amazing and good for the world.
Well done Sarah! You really have been a great advocate to the IQS message. As a nutritionist and I am tremendously impressed by your efforts and the work you have achieved.
Sarah you are amazing. What a tough decision to have to make. You should be proud of the positive influence you have had – and will continue to make – in other peoples’ lives. You are a voice for those who can not speak and an amazingly positive educator. Looking forward seeing your next positive stamp on the world.
As Sarah herself often said, it should have been titled ‘I quite fructose’.
But telling people that they could avoid fructose, but they could still eat many other types of sugar, was just wrong. You have to quit all sugars.
Jo, you don’t have to quit all sugar. Do you not eat bread, rice, fruit, milk, cheese but only some vegetables and meat?
Quitting added sugar is the real health message.
If Sarah means that ‘quitting sugar’ also means quitting fruit then that is laughable.
