SBS appoints Netflix exec as new scripted commissioning editor

SBS has appointed former Netflix creative executive, Nakul Legha, as its new scripted commissioning editor.

Legha was instrumental in growing Netflix’s local content strategy over the past three years, developing, commissioning and overseeing scripted and unscripted productions including Boy Swallows Universe, Wellmania, and ONEFOUR: Against All Odds, as well as co-commissioning animated series, Eddie’s Lil’ Homies, based on children’s books by AFL star Eddie Betts.
