SBS relaunch OnDemand catch-up TV video service pushing fresh new exclusive content

sbs_on_demandMulticultural broadcaster SBS will relaunch its catch-up TV video service SBS OnDemand on Monday, pushing its fresh new exclusive content.

The service will now have a new responsive website, to cater to the 20 plus platforms it works across, with the changes aimed at catering to users on any device and delivering what it says is one of the largest online video libraries in Australia with some 600 films, 350 feature documentaries, along with SBS’s broader program offering.

Michael Ebeid, SBS managing director, said: “SBS On Demand has grown to be a go-to content destination, now with more than 4000 hours of premium content available to all Australians.

“It is a true representation of the quality drama, documentary and film on offer from SBS that goes to the heart of our special Charter, and provides Australians with an enviable range of distinctive content available anytime, on any device, absolutely free, in a way only SBS can.”
