SCA announces emerging female leaders for WLA scholarships

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) has selected 11 emerging female leaders to be part of its new scholarship program, created as part of International Women’s Day initiatives.

The program has been created in partnership with Women and Leadership Australia (WLA), a national initiative dedicated to supporting a higher representation of female leadership throughout the Australian workforce and the broader community.

The program saw SCA’s senior leadership team invited to submit nominations for the program, with 11 successful candidates offered scholarships to help SCA with succession planning and building leadership capability through diversity.
