Seven claimed a winning audience share of 26.3 per cent last night as serial killer mini-series Catching Milat was the most-watched show of the evening, while singing contest Eurovision helped SBS One topple ABC for fourth place.

The repeat broadcast of the singing contest at 7.30pm claimed a metro audience of 592,000 metro viewers, after 263,000 tuned in to watch Sweden’s Mans Zelmerlow crowned the winner live from 5am. Last year’s final, which saw Austria’s bearded lady Conchita Wurst win, was watched by 476,000 when it aired from 6.30pm.

SBS One beat the ABC with a share of 11.1 per cent as the ABC only managed a share of 10.1 per cent.
