Seven and Nine digital channels continue momentum

While Seven led Sunday night’s ratings, two weeks after launch, its digital channel 7Two continues to gain momentum in a race against Nine rival Go.

Seven won the night with a 31.1 per cent channel share, led by The Force, Border Security, Bones, Sunday Night and Sunday News, according to preliminary OzTam figures.

Its digital channel 7Two launched two weeks ago with an audience of 1.8 per cent. Last night it reached 3.7 per cent. Nine’s Go also experienced growth, leading with a share of 5.3 per cent, up from 4.1 per cent on the previous Sunday.

However, Ten’s One suffered a slight fall to 0.8 per cent, compared to last Sunday’s 1.3 per cent. The big news for the network last night was the announcement that Rove McManus would end his variety show after ten years.
