Seven wins final ratings week of 2019

Seven has taken out the final day and week of the 2019 official ratings period thanks to its ongoing coverage of the Test Cricket match between Australia and Pakistan. Day two of the second test dominated the key advertising demographics of the 18-49s and 25-54s, with sessions two and three taking out the top two spots in both demos.

In total people, sessions two, three, one and the tea break drew 728,000, 673,000, 587,000 and 575,000 metro viewers respectively. The cricket was only topped by Seven News, broadcast at 6pm between sessions two and three, attracting 820,000 metro viewers.
