Seven wins Tuesday night despite strength of Masterchef – Back to Win

Seven won the overall TV ratings battle on Tuesday night, with an 18.0% metro audience share, ahead of Ten’s 17.3%, Nine’s 15.6%, ABC’s 12.2%, and SBS’ 5.6%.

The win came despite Ten’s Masterchef – Back to Win format dominating the 7:30pm timeslot, with a metro audience of 1.082m, and a national total of 1.403m.

Seven took out the win last night

In the same timeslot, Seven’s House Rules: High Stakes had 479,000 in the cities and 806,000 in total. A repeat of Hamish and Andy’s Perfect Holiday on Nine had 299,000 and 435,000. The ABC’s 7.30 beat both these offerings with 747,000 and 1.065m.
