Seven wins Wednesday with help from cooking show My Kitchen Rules

My Kitchen Rules held its top spot on the ratings ladder taking Seven to a clear win for Wednesday night television.

Footy mates from Victoria, Mark and Chris, cooked in their first instant restaurant last night pulling in 1.166m viewers, according to OzTAM’s overnight preliminary ratings.

Airing at 7:30pm Seven’s reality cooking show was up from last week’s 1.078m and was the most watched program of the evening.
