Seven Year Switch kicks off early as Seven ups the ante on relationship shows

Seven will tonight ignore the TV industry’s conventional thinking and debut the second season of Seven Year Switch six days before the official ratings period resumes.

The move will see Seven debut the show – which features four couples whose relationships are in trouble temporarily paired with somebody else – against the less competitive counter-programming of the Easter Holiday.

It will be up against the season finals of Nine’s drama House Husbands and Modern Family on Ten.
