Seven’s BBL and Ten’s I’m A Celebrity fail to defeat Nine’s ratings juggernaut
Nine has continued its lead over commercial free to air rivals Seven and Ten, thanks to the on-going success of its reality show, Married at First Sight.
Last night, Nine’s Married at First Sight was the number one program with a metro audience of 1.001m metro viewers, a similar result to the three-set match last week between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Rafael Nadal at the Australian Open, which pulled 1.014m.
On Thursday night #MAFS was again the no.1 entertainment show as the first couples went on their honeymoons. The show had an average national audience of 1.334m nationally (5 City: 1.001m Reg: 333,000). pic.twitter.com/PphNqF6lkC

Honestly who does your data analysis? These charts are terrible! Not to mention pie charts!?!?? You probably need someone with some visual arts experience.
You probably need to learn how to read a graph.
Maybe i should know this !
Hiw do the networks come to the figures regarding the numbers for the viewiing audiences??
I once heard that these numbers were generated by a box put on the TV. I have never heard of anyone who had such a box nor has anyone I spoke to about it knows of anyone with one. They quoteover a million viewers when you add the viewers of these charts for each channel meaning something like one in 20 in Australia has one of these. Personally I cannot imagine how they know what I am watching. I suspect these numbers are generated by the industry and are as accurate as the political polls that people [the media ] follow as gospel
@Colin & @MalR – An organisation called Oztam have installed set top boxes that measure viewership across about 8000 homes across Australia, give or take. This sample is meant a solid representation of our national population make-up based on demographic, sex, income etc. They then extrapolate these numbers out – The margin of error is negligible, in fact when they recently doubled the sample size and it barely improved the error margin, believe it wasn’t even a % point difference but I could be embellishing that. Believe it or not, our measurement system is world leading.
