Seven’s The Good Doctor mid-season finale achieves 1.123m

The mid-season finale of Seven’s The Good Doctor provided some strong competition to Nine’s Ashes coverage, attracting 1.123m metro viewers on its final night.

Seven’s most popular show of the year – which has averaged more than 1m each week – placed third across all key advertising demographics – 16-39s, 18-49s and 25-54s and won its time slot. It’s national audience was 1.684m.

Competing against Seven’s The Good Doctor was Ten’s NCIS, with 356,000 metro viewers while Nine continued its coverage of The Ashes into the evening.
