Seven’s Winter audience stabilises as Nine’s Forever continues to slip

winter_large_1aatvds-1aatvhpSeven has continued to extend its lead on rival Nine as the audience for locally produced drama Winter stabilised for the final episode and My Kitchen Rules continues to pull winning numbers, while Nine’s Forever continues to shed viewers and The Block: Triple Threat was out-rated by the ABC’s 7.30.

Last night Seven grabbed a share of 27.2 per cent as Nine only managed a share of 15.7 per cent. Ten is not too far behind with a share of 12.5 per cent as the ABC settled for a share of 11.5 per cent.

In the 9pm timeslot Winter posted an audience of 819,000, a modest increase on last week’s audience of 804,000. But the audience was down on its premiere which drew a metro crowd of 1.125m in early Feburary.

It easily out-rated Nine’s US crime drama Forever, which in the same timeslot saw its audience slip to 419,000 after 460,000 tuned in last week.
