Shift hires creative director Dale Rhodes and ECD of design Nick Beckhurst

STW Group agency Shift has announced two senior hires – Dale Rhodes joins as creative director and Nick Beckhurst as executive creative director of design.

Rhodes, a former Euro RSCG ECD and founder of Rhodes Shapter – now known as Conversation Collective – will report into ECD Raj Rabindranath.

Rhodes is reunited with Shift’s strategy director Richard Sauerman, with whom he founded the now-defunct ad agency Neon Pigeon in 1993.
