Shout Digital lands Weatherbeeta global account after ten-year local partnership

After partnering for the past decade in the local market, Shout Digital has expanded its remit for e-commerce brand Weatherbeeta and has been awarded the global digital marketing contract, Mumbrella can reveal.

In its ten-year partnership, Shout has played a key part in building and promoting Weatherbeeta’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce store, and has bolstered its dedicated retail brand Horseland.

Weatherbeeta – a producer of durable protection for horses and dogs – hopes to boost its presence in the northern hemisphere with the successful partnership.

“The Shout team has been a valued extension of our business for many years, playing a key role in supporting our growth objectives,” said head of digital at Weatherbeeta, Steve Cochrane.

“Expanding their expertise on a global scale was a natural and commercially sound decision.”

The agency will now be responsible for the brand’s digital marketing including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising across Australia, America, the UK, France, Germany, and other parts of the EU.

“Until now we’ve managed WeatherBeeta’s presence in the southern hemisphere, whilst another agency were managing north of the equator. In a two-way race, and off the back of consistent years of fine form, Shout is proud to have expanded our remit to drive the growth of this iconic brand right across the globe,” said Michael Jenkins, chief executive of the agency.

With Shout staff bringing experience from across the international market, Weatherbeeta said it has the confidence to consolidate the digital business with the Australian agency.

Weatherbeeta is among 12 new business wins for Shout since the beginning of the financial year.
