Social Media Club Melbourne to talk cars
Social Media Club Melbourne holds its next event on July 21 with a focus on how US car companies have embraced blogging and social media.
Annalisa Bluhm, GM of social media for General Motors, will speak at the event along with Andrea Matthews, the social media lead at GM Holden.
Tickets for the event, being held at 24 Moons on AC/DC Lane (off Flinders Lane), are available here.
Any chance we could see this up in Sydney?
Social Media Melbourne is growing and we will be holding more and more educational and interesting events.
Cheers

Also we accept questions from the hashtag #smcmelb on the night
They are excellent events!
Thanks John 😀 Its always nice to have you along.
There is definitely no shortage of topics to cover in this space.
Almost all business makes use of social media these days. It would be really good to get business use tips and how to really hit on your niche.
I went the last one with Darren Rowse and Bloggers. Very well organised, learnt a lot, looking forward for the following one. Kuddos for the organisers – Nikk, Tim, Lucio, Simon and Trevor. Well done gang.
Thanks heaps Luke, it is great to know that you enjoy them. It can be hard to tell when we are so close to it.
Leslie – we try and get all our speakers to give practical examples of how they use it in running their businesses every day however I think there is definitely something in the how to hit your niche.
Anon, we’re looking into a sydney visit, but don’t like our chances Annalisa’s diary is tight, keep you posted.
Simon – would love to see this in Sydney as well!
The session in Melbourne was an incredible experience for me – I truly enjoyed presenting and speaking to the SMC Melbourne members! If anyone has any follow up questions or items – feel free to tweet me any time: @annalisabluhm
