Sophie Monk to host Nine’s dating show Love Island

Sophie Monk will host Nine’s reality dating show Love Island Australia in 2018 which will screen on 9Go and the network’s streaming and catch-up service 9Now.

Monk will appear on our screens again in 2018

Monk – who has a long-running media career including finding fame via Seven’s Popstars, representing various brands, a stint on Sydney breakfast radio and a starring role as this year’s Bachelorette on Ten – will also present a travel special on Spain and “appear prominently across all of Nine’s digital platforms as a 9Honey and 9Now ambassador. 

The show touts itself as the “ultimate game of love”, with Monk there to assist “a group of sexy young Aussie singles to find love in the sun in Spain”.
